So far, these are what I can answer for now before i further develop some more to have a clearer idea of what exactly I want to do. It will purely be 2D with simple shades. Background should be more elaborated since it'd be still most of the time. Most probably would be using photoshop because i feel really comfortable with it currently.

9. How will you use sound to help all your responses to 5-8 above?
- Normal peaceful sounds at the beginning.
- Turns comical and upbeat at the pestering parts until the end.
10. Does your story need dialog? ( write out the dialog )
- No dialog needed.
Man gets 20 weeks in jail for whistling

UPI News Service, 02/13/2009
A Wingerworth, England, man has been sentenced to 20 weeks in prison after he repeatedly whistled the theme to "The Addams Family" TV show at his neighbors.
Leopold Wrobel, 51, was convicted of violating an antisocial behavior order directing him to cease whistling the tune at neighbors Michael and Kathleen Sharpe. Magistrates at a Chesterfield, England, court also found him guilty of two counts of harassment, The Daily Telegraph reported Friday.
Prosecutor Michael Treharne said Wrobel's behavior may seem silly "but if something happens on an on-going basis and goes on and on and on, eventually it reaches the stage of being absolutely intolerable."
Kathleen Sharpe, 66, told the court Wrobel was always waiting with his whistling whenever she left her house.
"I'm so relieved, it's been an absolute nightmare. It's affected our health and all the family," she said after the sentencing.
Wrobel claimed he was not the perpetrator and only whistled at his dog, but closed-circuit TV footage shown to the court depicted him repeatedly whistling when the couple left their house or arrived home.
I SAY
I kind of chose this article because I can imagine what goes on in the animation and I have 3 different characters to work with. Also, I can imagine the scenes where he actually waits for them and stuff just to whistle that tune. I think it's really cute and very annoying at the same time. haha.
